Click and Collect

The Victorian government has announced that metropolitan Melbourne will return to stage 3 restrictions from midnight Wednesday 8 July.

In line with these restrictions, Darebin Libraries' Click and Collect service has been suspended, until further notice.

If you have made a booking to collect your reservation from Thursday 9 July onwards, we will be in contact with you to discuss your options.

Now is the time to look after ourselves and each other as we work together to promote good health and lessen the impact of coronavirus. Though we’re apart, we will get through this together.

While our branches are closed:

  • Current loans will be extended to Monday 14 September or later.
  • Allocated reservations will be extended to Monday 14 September or later.
  • No overdue fines will accrue.
  • Library return chutes remain open 24/7 at all libraries.
  • Our Digital Library is always open and features a wide range of resources including eBooks, audiobooks, films, games and educational activities.
  • Our Facebook page features our online events program which includes our special events along with regular favourites like Rhyme Time and Storytime.
